Privacy

Geovily is run by Vanh Tran from Hanoi, Vietnam. This page explains what the site and the service collect. Questions or deletion requests go to vanh@geovily.com, and get an answer within 5 working days.

What we collect

  • The free-check form: your website, your email and anything you add. It's sent to our inbox by Resend, our email provider, and used only to run your check and reply to you.
  • Bookings: calls are booked through Cal.com, which receives the name and email you enter there.
  • Report pages: when we send you a report link, we may record that it was opened, so we know when to follow up.
  • Server logs: the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and debugging.

What we don't do

  • No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • We don't sell or rent personal data, or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Client work

Audits use public information: your website and what AI engines say in answer to buyer questions. If you give us access to your site or CMS for the fixes, we use it only for the agreed work and you can remove it at any time. We never publish a client's name or results without written permission.

Third parties

Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), Cal.com (booking) and Supabase (audit data storage) process data for us. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and icons from unpkg, which see your IP address when they serve those files.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep enquiries and audit data while we're working together and for up to 2 years after, then delete it. Ask at any time and we'll delete your data sooner, or send you a copy.
